I would like to thank our students, staff and families for making last week a successful start to our 2021-2022 school year. I would also like to thank our wonderful PTO for hosting the MOSAIC Mingle last Friday evening. It was fun reconnecting with our families and having the opportunity to welcome our new families to MOSAIC. Look for more upcoming events from our PTO and school.
Virtual Curriculum Night
MOSAIC studio teachers will be hosting a virtual curriculum night this Thursday, September 2nd. Families have the opportunity to attend two sessions: 6:00-6:25pm and a second session from 6:30-6:55pm. Both sessions cover the same information and topics. We are offering two sessions for those families who have more than one child at MOSAIC. Teachers will be providing additional information this week about their curriculum night sessions.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the MOSAIC Mingle on Friday! We had a great time hanging out with our wonderful MOSAIC community. We would also like to extend an extra special thank you to the volunteers that helped with set up and tear down for the event. We appreciate you!
MOSAIC SPIRITWEAR IS ON SALE FOR A LIMITED TIME

STUDIO PARTY MONEY
Each year the PTO and Studio Parents organize three school parties for all of the studios to enjoy. To make these special days successful and FUN we ask each parent to provide $10 per student for their studio party funds. Please send your funds to the school any time before September 10th in an envelope marked with your student’s name(s) and studio(s).

Our biggest fall fundraiser is in full bloom! This year our mums are provided by Sunnyview Gardens and Greenhouse, they are 9” mums for $9. They will be available in yellow, red, orange, purple, and white. Support MOSAIC Elementary School and add some beautiful mums to your porch or yard. You can order online at the link above (includes a convenience fee) or send in the order form to the main office. Orders are due September 15th. All mums will be available for MOSAIC families to pick up on September 24th.
We are also looking for help unloading & sorting the mums upon delivery and for help distributing mums as families come to pick them up, all on September 24th. NEW MOSAIC SPIRIT ROCK
The MOSAIC Spirit Rock is an opportunity to share exciting news and events with our school community by painting your own message. You can reserve the rock for anything!! A student’s birthday, to thank a teacher or staff member, congratulatory events, good luck on competitions and tournaments, recognizing milestones…The rock is a fun way to spread any kind of positive message. STAFF LOUNGE DONATION WISHLIST
Throughout the year we collect donations to help stock the staff lounge. It is just another way we provide support to and show our appreciation for the wonderful MOSAIC staff.
Donations can be sent to the school throughout the year. Thank you for helping us support MOSAIC!
We are still in need of event leads. If you would like a better understanding of the responsibilities of this role, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

You will find a sign up list of all of the events throughout the school year. Check off as many volunteer jobs as you would like! You will receive more information for your selected events as they approach. We are so grateful for all of our wonderful volunteers!
