Dear MOSAIC Families,
Welcome to what I believe is our first virtual snow day for the district. Thank you to our families, students and staff for pivoting to virtual learning in such a short amount of time. I hope to see everyone in person tomorrow morning, but the future forecast does not look promising. As of now, the forecast is calling for an additional three to six inches of snow from Wednesday morning into Thursday. Please make sure to watch your local news, our district website and various social media platforms for the latest news regarding our plans for tomorrow.
If we continue with virtual learning for all students tomorrow, please note that students who attend STRETCH on Wednesdays will have STRETCH virtually tomorrow. STRETCH students who are in MOSAIC@Home classes will continue to attend STRETCH this Friday.
Please remember to charge your child’s Chromebook this evening just in case. I have my fingers crossed that the next weather system will miss us and we will only see sunlight from this point on. Of course, we know what the groundhog said…

- Monday: 10:30 am-12:30 pm at all secondary schools
- MHS will have a limited amount of shelf stable meal kits and produce boxes on Mondays
- Tuesday-Friday: 9-9:45 am at high schools only
- Monday: 10:30 am-12:30 pm at all secondary schools
- Thanks to all staff members who assisted with shelf stable meal bag distribution
- Hoping to start offering at the high schools in a couple of weeks

Electronics Recycling Event
Midwest Recycling Center is hosting an electronics recycling event at Wohlwend Elementary School on Saturday, February 27th from 8-11 AM.
Individuals can drive through Wohlwend’s parking lot to drop off and recycle all of their unused electronic devices.

MOSAIC Families, we are gearing up for our biggest fundraiser of the year, Midnight at the MOSAIC Masquerade and we need your help. Below is a wish list of items needed for our silent auction baskets. Each studio has a specific basket they are collecting for and we would appreciate any help collecting these items. Now is a great time to donate those unwanted Christmas gifts, we promise not to tell they were regifted! As always, we appreciate the support from all of our families. If you would like to donate but just don’t have the time to shop, we will do that for you.
